How to Update Device Drivers
There are two ways to update drivers.
- Dec 15, 2018 I have a HP ProBook 4730s with Windows 8. I am missing PCI simple communication controller's driver and I cannot find it. I read where I needed to install a Intel Chipset. This was downloaded and the computer was restarted. Now I am missing an 'unknown driver'.
- For HP devices. These drivers are known to work for all Windows 7, 8 and 10. HP 3D DriveGuard for HP Probook 4740s – sp62981.exe. PCI Simple Communications Controller for HP Envy Notebook 17T-J000 C8U19AV – sp61600.exe.
